Key Responsibilities:
βœ” Drive sales and meet/exceed revenue targets in the competitive real estate market.
βœ” Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
βœ” Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
βœ” Provide expert guidance on property investments, market trends, and financing options.
βœ” Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
βœ” Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
βœ” Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
βœ” Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
